Finally getting this site up and running, just about worthy of viewing.  Please bare with me as this site evolves.  There is a lot of work to be done.  As of now I have all of the pages set up and a video for sale.  The video is a bit advanced for beginner bell tamers, but with proper guidance, its an amazing workout.  I will be providing more indepth instruction of the movements which I will upload soon.
